Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Education Sales Manager
to lead and manage our sales operations in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training centers, and other educational institutions.
Understand the education market, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Generate leads through direct outreach, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the education sector.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with institutional clients.
Manage and mentor the education sales team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
