Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective learners via inbound and outbound calls
Provide information about online certification and professional programs
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
Conduct regular follow-ups and update details in the CRM system
Work towards assigned enrollment and conversion targets
Respond to learner queries in a clear and professional manner
Eligibility & Skills
Graduation in any discipline
Prior experience in education sales, inside sales, or counseling is preferred
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with online learning programs is an added advantage
