We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Education Sales Associate
to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a sales-focused role where you will play a key part in increasing student admissions through consultative selling and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain communication with potential students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and inquiries.
Present course details, fee structures, schedules, and institute highlights in a compelling and informative manner.
Identify student needs and recommend suitable programs to help them meet their academic and career goals.
Consistently follow up with leads and inquiries to drive conversions and meet monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and application statuses using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newly enrolled students.
Participate in promotional activities such as webinars, orientation sessions, and outreach events.
Provide timely updates to management on lead status, feedback, and conversion performance.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and the local language (Tamil preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and motivated by targets
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for education and career guidance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
