Your Role
As an
Education Partnerships & Success Manager
, you will be a key driver of our growth--managing relationships with
schools, educators, and parents
, supporting the
sales and operations teams
, and ensuring a smooth and positive client journey from first contact to program completion.

Key Responsibilities1. Account Management & Relationship Building
Develop proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports for institutional clients.
Liaise with school coordinators and decision-makers to maintain long-term relationships.
Serve as a
primary point of contact
for both
B2B (schools)
and
B2C (parents)
stakeholders.
Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, prospects, and interactions.
2. Parent Liaison & Support
Communicate program details, travel logistics, and FAQs to parents in a clear and reassuring manner.
Organize
pre-departure orientations
for parents and students.
Coordinate with the operations team to address parent concerns before, during, and after programs.
Build trust with families by ensuring
transparency, safety, and timely updates
.
3. Inside Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and contact decision-makers at schools and education groups.
Generate new business opportunities and facilitate pitch meetings (virtual & in-person).
Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable programs.
Negotiate agreements and close sales in line with company strategy.
4. Sales & Operations Support
Coordinate between sales, operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
Assist with travel documentation, vendor follow-ups, and program scheduling.
Support the operations team during peak program periods with
ground-level coordination
.
5. Market Research & Continuous Improvement
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform strategy.
Gather client and parent feedback to enhance program quality.
Recommend improvements in sales processes, communication, and service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of experience, preferably in
B2B K-12 education, inside sales, or client success roles
.
Strong English communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace; quick to learn new AI tools.
Comfort in dealing with
both institutional clients and parents
.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
