Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
Academic Lead (Education Officer)
to drive quality, innovation, and consistency in
Science and Mathematics education
across our network of schools. This strategic role focuses on curriculum development, teacher capacity-building, academic audits, and improving overall student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Design & Development
Lead the design, review, and enhancement of Science and Math curricula across all grade levels.
Develop age-appropriate learning objectives, structured lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessment frameworks.
Integrate modern pedagogical approaches, including experiential learning, inquiry-based instruction, and digital learning tools.
2. Teacher Training & Professional Development
Design and deliver structured teacher training programs--induction, ongoing, and advanced.
Conduct workshops, micro-teaching sessions, and mentorship across multiple schools.
Create training modules focused on classroom management, teaching methodology, subject content mastery, and assessment strategies.
3. Teaching Methodologies & Innovation
Standardize and implement best practices in pedagogy across all franchise schools.
Promote innovative and engaging approaches such as blended learning and activity-based teaching.
Evaluate and integrate new educational technologies and tools to enhance teaching effectiveness.
4. Academic Audits & Quality Assurance
Conduct comprehensive academic audits including:
classroom observations
lesson plan evaluations
student performance analysis
teacher competency assessments
Develop audit tools such as checklists, rating scales, and reporting formats.
Identify gaps in academic delivery and lead corrective action plans across schools.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Maintain thorough documentation of curriculum updates, training sessions, school performance metrics, and compliance records.
Present periodic academic progress reports to the management team.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with principals, franchise owners, academic coordinators, and teachers to ensure seamless implementation of academic standards.
Provide expert support for new school setups, academic restructuring, and continuous improvement processes.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
