Key Responsibilities:
Support and mentor assigned students throughout their course
Resolve academic queries via call/chat/email
Track student progress, attendance, and performance
Motivate students and provide regular feedback
Coordinate with academic and support teams
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education preferred)
0-3 years experience in mentoring, teaching, or student support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and LMS/CRM knowledge
