Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Education Loan Sales Lead to guide students through the end-to-end education loan process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, financial understanding, and the ability to manage relationships with students, parents, and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on available education loan options based on eligibility, institute, and financial background.

Follow up with leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and ensure timely conversion.

Handle student queries and resolve loan-related escalations efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, loan status, and daily reports in CRM.

Collaborate with internal teams and bank executives to ensure smooth processing.

Participate in promotional activities, events, and webinars to represent eduTinker's loan assistance services.

Achieve monthly targets and maintain high customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce or Finance background preferred).

3+ years of experience in Education Loan / Education Consulting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of financial products and loan documentation.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Experience coordinating with banks and financial institutions will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
