About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our Student Referral Program. The role involves visiting nearby areas, interacting with students and parents, and referring them to our coaching and foundation courses. You'll help spread awareness about our programs and generate leads for admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools, colleges, tuition centers, and residential areas within your locality.
Promote our academic programs and explain the benefits to students/parents.
Collect contact details of interested students and refer them for enrollment.
Maintain daily reporting and track conversions.
Achieve monthly referral and conversion targets.
Eligibility:
Freshers and college students preferred.
Must be comfortable with local field visits.
Good communication & convincing skills.
Smartphone with internet access required.
