We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Education Event Facilitator cum Advisor. This role involves a multifaceted approach to engaging with schools, colleges, and prospective students. As an Education Event Facilitator cum Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering seminars, attending informational desks, building relationships, and nurturing leads to drive enrollment and establish partnerships. Responsibilities:
- Delivering Seminars: Conduct engaging and informative seminars in schools and colleges to promote awareness about our programs and offerings.
- Information Desk Attendance: Collaborate with Career Advisors (CAs) to attend informational desks, provide guidance, and address queries from students and parents.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with the team to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders. Coordinate the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to formalize partnerships.
- Prospective Student Identification: Identify prospective students during seminars and sessions. Highlight promising candidates for specialized follow-up calls and personalized engagement.
- Lead Nurturing: Identify leads generated from events and initiatives. Develop strategies to nurture these leads, providing them with relevant information and support throughout their decision-making process.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in same sort of role, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various educational institutions as required.
