About this position : What work does this position require? The position requires you to : You\'ll be speaking with high net worth individuals(HNI) parents around the country on the phone or Zoom. During the calls, you will help them diagnose their problems and provide suggestions to solve them. You will enrol them in our Study Success for Teens\xe2\x84\xa2 program if they are the right fit. The program helps their child become a great student without any stress or strictness from parents. Whom are we looking for: We\'re looking for sales representatives with a proven track record of closing deals. You should have #1. Experience in selling on the phone or in person. You have not just been on a sales team but consistently closed deals and been at the top of your leaderboard. #2. Experience with higher ticket service offerings and the consultative selling style. #3. A hungry and highly coachable personality, you prefer to follow a proven process for success. #4. A desire to be part of a sales culture based on mutual respect, personal responsibility, and celebrating your teammates\' success and your own. #5. Outstanding at identifying and self-correcting their errors and doesn\'t require consistent sales coaching to produce exceptional results. #6.
