Howrah South Point Social Welfare and community development Centre has Formal and Non Formal Centre at Howrah, Asansol, Jalpaiguri location. Approximately more than 1200 children are registered under these projects. You will be responsible for these centres in different location.
KRA 1: Administrative Role
Project Planning, Monitoring and Implementation,Visits and Reporting
A project coordinator handles administrative tasks along with team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include managing project staff, ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments and also comply with financial procedures and policies in implementing project activities and related tasks. Ensure the safety and the security of staff and beneficiaries.Prepare Formal and Non Formal School project plan, an implementation plan and by monitoring the activities need to reach the project objectives. Make sure that the impact of the project and the outcome should satisfy HSP's mission and vision. Visit regularly in HSP's Formal and Non Formal Schools of Howrah, Jalpaiguri and Asansol, prepare monthly reports and other reports to the Administrator time to time.
KRA 2: Curriculum Development
Prepare bridge course curriculum as per project requirement for the educational development of destitute children of formal school and drop out children of Non Formal School to develop their knowledge.Include different activities or extracurricular activities for the fundamental growth and overall improvement of the children.
KRA 3: Teaching
Provide proper classroom environment to encourage or enhance their interest in studies. Need to provide guidance to the staff to conduct educational needs assessment of the children , observing them and prepare plans for their progress and develop ideas to teach children with simple means, also communicate with parents regarding the educational development of their children , prepare progress card and give proper guidance and counseling for the benefit of the children.Teaching bridge course curriculum for Non Formal children based on their requirement and age with proper planning and pedagogy.
KRA 4: Training
Contribute to the development of the teacher training program as a trainer for both Non Formal School and Formal Schools of HSP in Howrah, Asansol and Jalpaiguri location. Provide Montessori training and guidance to the teachers for the betterment of our children.
KRA 5:
Completion of any other work assigned by the Administrator or competitive authority.
