Education Services enables our customers to quickly see a return on their investment during product deployment. We offer project team and end-user enablement for the solutions that are being implemented.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• The Education developer has BMC product experience. Also keeps updated on latest BMC technology changes.
• Perform all phases of instructional design including analysis, design, development, and evaluation throughout the program lifecycle to achieve optimal learner-centric training solutions
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and other teams to create high-impact learning solutions
• Manage all assigned design solutions from conception to conclusion while working on multiple projects at a time
• Should be able to create web-based trainings that run on desktops, tablets and mobile devices
• Work with Education Portfolio managers, instructors, team members and other stakeholders to ensure that content, learning objectives, localization and delivery modes meet project goals, while matching the appropriate media format, structure, and design needs to the allotted budget.
• Recommend and create content, sequence, and a systems approach to suit situation and learners including face-to-face instruction, micro-learning, eLearning, virtual, social, print, and video to help build an ecosystem for learning.
• Deliverables might include blended learning materials, manuals, workbooks, job aids, instructor guides, video, /audio scripts, accreditation/assessment/certification exam questions
• Keep self-updated of new software applications and tools to enhance learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in related field
• Min 3 years in a software or hardware company, preferred software

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of designing technical lab guides or user guides.
• Experience of working on virtual machines, networks, and basic network troubleshooting
• Ability to manage specified projects from initiation through delivery of learning solution
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding time management and organization skills
• Project management skills
• Background in IT or software education development or Technical writing

Desirable Skills

• 8+ years of Instructional Design experience
• Knowledge of BMC Products, such as BMC Helix Operations Management and BMC Helix AIOps.
• Prior experience of working on cloud-based technical labs
