We are hiring experienced Education Counsellors to guide students for UG & PG admissions across our associated colleges. The role requires strong counselling skills, lead handling experience, and the ability to convert student inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on UG & PG programs based on eligibility and career goals
Make outbound calls to students who have enquired through company lead sources
Explain admission process, eligibility, fees, and documentation
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions
Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for seat confirmation
Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups
Meet weekly and monthly admission targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
