We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused

Overseas Education Counsellor

with

mandatory experience in guiding students for higher education in the US and Europe

. If you are passionate about helping students shape their international academic journey and have a strong background in overseas counselling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to students aiming to pursue higher education abroad, with a primary focus on

the United States and Europe

. Manage the end-to-end university application process--form filling, document verification, and timely submission. Assist students in building strong academic and extracurricular profiles by helping with SOPs, LORs, and resumes. Track and maintain detailed records of student applications and visa processes. Follow up regularly with students to resolve queries and provide ongoing support. Participate in awareness campaigns and marketing activities to promote our counselling services. Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members. Engage in training sessions and workshops conducted by universities and academic partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or any relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in the EdTech or overseas counselling space. Deep understanding of higher education systems in the

US and Europe

(experience with Australia/UK is a bonus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
