Understand educational background, career intent, and learning preferences to suggest suitable UG/PG programs.
Present program offerings by explaining learning outcomes, course structure, evaluation methods, and academic milestones.
Manage end-to-end application coordination, ensuring timely submission of forms, documents, and fees.
Track all interactions, application stages, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
Perform structured follow-ups to keep applicants engaged and support informed decision-making.
Act as a single point of contact for applicants during the admission journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field; exposure to higher education, student services, or client-facing roles is an added advantage.
Up to 3 years of professional experience in admissions support, education consulting, EdTech, or advisory-based roles.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with students, and working professionals.
Comfortable using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and online collaboration platforms.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple applicants simultaneously.
