Assess applicant profiles and recommend appropriate undergraduate or postgraduate programs based on eligibility, goals, and long-term outcomes.
Clearly communicate program details such as curriculum structure, learning approach, assessments, and progression opportunities.
Support applicants throughout the enrollment lifecycle--from first inquiry to successful admission--ensuring all requirements are met within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application progress, and documentation in the CRM system.
Proactively follow up with applicants to address queries, provide guidance, and minimize drop-offs during the decision-making process.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in education, management, counseling, or communication is an advantage.
Up to 3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, academic advisory, EdTech sales, or similar student-facing roles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain academic concepts in a simple and reassuring manner.
Comfort with CRM systems, online tools, and digital communication platforms.
