Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; exposure to education services, management, or communications is beneficial.
Experience of up to 3 years in admissions support, academic advising, education consulting, EdTech enrollment, or client-facing advisory roles is preferred.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify academic information.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple applicants simultaneously.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
