Counsel prospective students via phone, video, or email according to their academic history, interests, and long-term career plans.
Recommend suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs based on eligibility, learning preferences, and career outcomes.
Manage student applications from inquiry stage through documentation, application submission, offer issuance, and final enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application progress in the CRM system.
Follow up consistently with applicants to ensure a smooth and timely enrollment experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field; background in education, management, or communications is an advantage.
Up to 3years experience in student counseling, admissions support, education consulting, EdTech enrollment, or customer advisory roles preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain academic programs clearly.
Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
