Explain various UG/PG program features, industry relevance, learning outcomes, and placement benefits clearly and confidently.
Drive the entire admission journey--qualification, counseling, follow-ups, fee discussions, and enrollment.
Consistently work toward weekly and monthly enrollment targets with a strong focus on student satisfaction and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and regular updates in the CRM system.
Identify student concerns or objections and provide solutions that help them make confident decisions.
Build trust-based relationships with students to increase referrals and positive feedback.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; specialization in education, business, or communication is a plus.
Prior experience in EdTech admissions, career counseling, inside sales, or academic advisory is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex program details.
Strong convincing skills, patience, and the ability to handle large volumes of leads.
