Job Profile: Education Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students about courses, admissions, and career options Handle inbound/outbound calls and student enquiries Provide accurate information about courses, fees & process Convert leads into admissions Maintain student data and follow-up regularly Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions process

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Convincing and negotiation ability Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets) Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualification:

Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced both can apply
