Understand the academic background, career aspirations, and learning needs of students.
Provide personalized counseling on relevant UG/PG courses, career paths, and program outcomes.
Handle leads via calls, chats, emails, and walk-ins, and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
Follow up with prospective students and nurture leads through the decision-making process.
Build trust with potential learners, motivate them to get enrolled, and assist students with the application process.
Work closely with internal & external teams to achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-3 years of experience in counseling, academic advising, or EdTech sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the education industry or EdTech platforms is an added advantage.
