The Education Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the academic admission process by providing accurate information about courses, universities, and career pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding study options, admission requirements, course selection, and career outcomes for education Abroad.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries; convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of education programs, universities, visa processes, and admission timelines.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group seminars/webinars for prospective students.
Coordinate with internal departments and partner institutions for admission processing and documentation.
Track and update student records in CRM systems; follow up with leads systematically.
Support marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, school visits, and workshops.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business, or related field).
1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
Knowledge of overseas or domestic education systems.
