Counsel students on UG/PG programs, career outcomes, and course suitability.
Conduct personalized guidance sessions via calls, emails, and chats.
Assist with eligibility checks, documentation, and end-to-end admission support.
Maintain up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment journey.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets with a focus on student satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (background in Education, or related field is a plus).
6months-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, customer service, or EdTech; freshers welcome.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
