Act as a trusted advisor for prospective learners by explaining UG/PG program features, curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and potential career pathways.
Conduct individualized counseling sessions through phone, email, and chat to evaluate student needs and recommend suitable program options.
Provide comprehensive end-to-end admission support, including eligibility assessment, documentation assistance, application tracking, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, lead progress, and follow-up activities in the CRM system on a daily basis.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the admissions process and exceptional student experience.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while upholding transparency, integrity, and student satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. (Specializations in Counseling, Education, Management, or Psychology are an added advantage.)
0-2 years of experience in admissions, academic advising, customer service, or education sales.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for student engagement are encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and guide students confidently.
Prior experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, universities, or consulting roles is preferred.
