We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers for the role of Telesales Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn sales techniques. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into enrollment/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about the company's services.
Understand customer needs and pitch the right product/service.
Follow up on leads provided and maintain proper follow-up.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
Coordinate with the sales team for smoother conversions.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus).
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
