Serve as a key point of contact for prospective learners and explain program features, curriculum details, learning outcomes, and career pathways.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through phone calls, emails, and chat to assess suitability and recommend the right program options.
Provide end-to-end admission support, including eligibility review, documentation guidance, application updates, and onboarding coordination.
Update and maintain all student conversations, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system on a daily basis.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment goals while ensuring transparency and student satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (Specialization in Counseling, Education, Management, or Psychology is an added advantage).* 0-2 years of experience in admissions, academic advising, customer support, or education sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for student engagement are welcome.
Strong command over spoken and written communication, with the ability to influence and guide students confidently.
Prior exposure to EdTech, coaching institutes, universities, or consulting roles is preferred.
