Act as the primary advisor for prospective students, providing in-depth insights into program offerings, academic pathways, and career outcomes.
Conduct personalized counseling sessions via calls, emails, or live chats to understand each student's interests, goals, and qualifications.
Support applicants throughout the admissions cycle -- including eligibility assessment, documentation, application follow-up, and enrollment completion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and communication logs within the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed enrollment targets while maintaining ethical and high-quality counseling standards.
Gather and share student feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall counseling experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferred fields: Education, Psychology, or Business).
0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, student engagement, admissions, or customer relations.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, or consulting is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple student interactions simultaneously.
