Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented

Education Counselor

to guide students about various academic programs and help them make informed career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures. Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs offered by the institute. Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM. Assist students throughout the enrollment process and ensure a smooth admission experience. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets. Participate in promotional and marketing activities such as webinars, seminars, and counseling sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with students for future references and referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in counseling, tele-sales, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
