Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in counseling, student advising, or customer engagement roles.
A confident communicator with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Organized and proactive, with strong follow-up habits.
Comfortable using CRM or lead management systems to track and manage outreach.
