We are looking for a motivated and student-focused

Education Counselor

to guide students in choosing the right courses, universities, and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding educational opportunities, career planning, and course selection. Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments. Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and admission procedures. Follow up with students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead progress in CRM. Achieve monthly targets related to admissions and revenue. Build and maintain a positive relationship with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and counseling abilities. Experience in

EdTech / Education industry

preferred. Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
