Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Handle student queries professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat.
Support students throughout the admission journey -- from inquiry to successful enrollment.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure timely communication and conversion.
Record and update student interactions, progress, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.
Ensure a positive and supportive experience for every student.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields).
0-2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or telesales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand student needs and build trust quickly.
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.
