Interact with prospective students to understand their background, interests, and career goals.
Provide information about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
Guide students through the admission process -- from application to enrollment.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and keep them informed at every stage.
Update student details, communication records, and progress in the CRM system.
Work with the team to meet admission targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred: Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields)
0-2 years of experience in counseling, student support, or telesales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and build rapport quickly
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools (preferred)
Freshers with a passion for education are encouraged to apply
