Job Summary:

The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students regarding academic courses, career paths, and admission processes. The role involves understanding student requirements, providing accurate information, and helping them make informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on educational programs, career opportunities, and admission procedures. Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries related to admissions or course details. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students. Achieve admission/enrollment targets within given timelines. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Maintain data of leads and inquiries in CRM or Excel sheets. Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and counseling ability. Good knowledge of MS Office and lead management tools. Prior experience in the education sector or counseling is an added advantage.
