Lead Management & Communication
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and live chats. Ensure prompt, professional, and personalized responses that build trust.
End-to-End Admission Support
Assist applicants through each stage of the admission cycle -- including form submission, document verification, and final enrollment procedures.
Follow-ups & Student Engagement
Stay in touch with interested students, address their concerns, and motivate them to move forward with confidence and clarity.
CRM & Reporting
Diligently update lead status, communication logs, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Use data to optimize conversion efforts and student experiences.
Achieve Conversion Goals
Work collaboratively with your team to meet individual and team targets -- while always putting students' needs first.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (Preference: Education, Psychology, Communication)
0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, telesales, or student support

Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and understand student needs
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software (preferred)
