Understand students' academic background, interests, and goals to recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Program Guidance:
Clearly explain course structures, admission criteria, fees, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
Lead Management:
Engage with inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and live chat to ensure a timely and professional response.
Application Support:
Assist students through the admission process -- from form filling and document submission to final enrollment.
Follow-ups & Conversion:
Maintain regular contact with potential students, addressing queries and motivating them to complete the admission process.
CRM Updates:
Accurately log all conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM tools to track student progress and enable data-driven decisions.
Target Achievement:
Work towards individual and team conversion goals while maintaining a student-first approach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education, communication, or psychology preferred)
0-2 years of experience in counseling, career guidance, academic support, or telesales/customer support
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Ability to understand student needs and build trust through meaningful conversations
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software is a plus
