Recommend suitable UG/PG programs based on individual profiles, learning preferences, and aspirations.
Act as the main point of contact throughout the admissions process, providing consistent guidance and timely communication.
Clearly explain program details, admission criteria, and tuition/fee structures to help students make well-informed choices.
Foster professional and ethical relationships grounded in student-centric advising, promoting trust and long-term engagement.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities using CRM tools or other systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
0 to 2 years of experience in academic advising, admissions counseling, or education-related sales/support.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
