Job Summary:

The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and parents in making informed decisions about education pathways, courses, career opportunities, and institutional enrollment. The role involves counseling, handling queries, ensuring student satisfaction, and contributing to admissions and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students (and parents) about courses, career options, admission procedures, and eligibility. Manage inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, or online platforms. Provide end-to-end guidance on application processes, documentation, and deadlines. Conduct career counseling sessions, webinars, and workshops to promote courses. Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion and timely enrollment. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems. Collaborate with academic teams to ensure students' smooth onboarding and support. Achieve individual and team admission/enrollment targets. Stay updated with industry trends, course details, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field. Proven experience as an Education Counselor / Academic Advisor / Student Counselor (EdTech, institutes, or universities preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
