Support the Full Admissions Journey:
Assist applicants from their initial inquiry through to successful enrollment and close admissions.
Communicate Program Information:
Clearly explain course offerings, schedules, fees, and the enrollment process.
Lead Management:
Use CRM tools to track leads, schedule timely follow-ups, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Meet Enrollment Goals:
Drive monthly student enrollments by effectively managing and converting leads.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
A self-starter with a passion for helping others succeed
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, but not required)
