Education Counselor
Experience Required: Minimum 0- 2 years in the education or ed-tech industry
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Calling and following up on leads
Convincing students/parents for admissions Distance and online education.
Handling queries and resolving issues related to courses or fees
Ensuring successful admissions and documentation
Achieving weekly and monthly admission Justification.
Skills Required:
Confident in on-call communication.
Excellent communication skills English (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving ability and a winner's attitude
Good knowledge of CRM tools and student management platforms
Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting
Ability to build rapport with students and parents
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
