CRM & Lead Management:
Maintain detailed records and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
Achieve Targets:
Drive student enrollments by meeting monthly conversion goals through effective communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or admissions (Freshers can apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
