Record all interactions, follow-ups, and progress accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly targets related to lead conversion and enrollments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, student-focused approach.
Experience in education counseling, EdTech, admissions, or student services is a plus but not mandatory.
