Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help individuals explore suitable UG/PG courses based on their aspirations and academic profiles.
Communicate effectively across multiple channels--phone, email, and WhatsApp--to respond to inquiries, nurture leads, and maintain follow-ups.
Offer detailed information about program curriculum, fee structures, application procedures, and career outcomes.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students to support them throughout the decision-making process.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and progress using the company's CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead conversions and enrollments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Excellent command of English--both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a student-centric, empathetic approach.
Prior experience in education counseling, EdTech, admissions, or student services is preferred but not essential.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
