Position Overview:

Emo Matrix Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Education Counselor. As an Education Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to individuals seeking educational and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students and professionals to understand their academic and career aspirations. Offer information about educational programs, courses, and career pathways. Assist individuals in identifying their strengths, interests, and goals to make informed decisions about their educational and professional paths. Conduct workshops and seminars on various academic and career-related topics. Collaborate with educational institutions and industry partners to stay informed about new programs and opportunities. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field, MBA (Sales & Marketing) Proven experience in education counseling or related roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with educational systems, admission processes, and career development resources.

Working Conditions:

Working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Office-based role

Note:

This position requires a mandatory service agreement of 2 years.

Age criteria: 22 years to 30 years.
