We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Education Counsellor / Telecaller
to join our growing abroad education consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents about overseas education opportunities and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls related to study abroad inquiries
Counsel students for UK, USA, Canada, Australia & Europe
Explain courses, universities, eligibility, fees & visa process
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp & email
Maintain student records and CRM updates
Coordinate with documentation & visa teams
Achieve monthly lead conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum
1-4 years experience
in education consultancy Counsellors / telecalling / sales
Strong communication skills in
English, Telugu & Hindi
Good convincing & counselling skills
Basic knowledge of study abroad process preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
