Key Responsibilities:
=>Provide expert counseling to students regarding study-abroad options, including universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
=>Stay updated on international education policies, scholarships, and admission trends.
=>Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to educate students and parents.
=>Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
=>Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
=>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
=>Ability to handle student queries professionally and patiently.
=>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
