Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups effectively.
Counsel students on suitable training programs based on their interests and career goals.
Explain course structures, fees, and schedules clearly to potential candidates.
Maintain and update student databases, inquiry reports, and admission records.
Support front office activities, including student registration and coordination with faculty.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for students.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in
student counselling, telecalling, and front office management.
Fluency in
Telugu, English, and Hindi
(Mandatory).
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (B.Tech / MBA / Degree Preferred).
