Job Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding available courses Provide detailed information about course structure, fees, and career prospects Understand student requirements and guide them to the right course Maintain student records and update lead tracking systems Follow up on inquiries and convert leads to admissions Assist with student onboarding and coordinate with training teams Represent the academy during promotional events and workshops when needed
