Job Responsibilities:

Student Counseling

: Provide guidance to prospective students regarding academic programs, career paths, and admission requirements.

Lead Generation

: Source and connect with potential students through calls, emails, social media, and events.

Sales & Enrollment

: Encourage and convert leads into enrolled students for various college courses.

Database Management

: Maintain and update a record of interactions with potential students.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the admissions team and faculty to provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospective students.

Event Participation

: Represent the college at education fairs, webinars, and information sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong

communication

and

interpersonal

skills.

Sales experience

or proven ability to convert leads into enrollments.

Knowledge of

higher education

programs and admission processes.

Ability to work both

independently

and as part of a

team

.

Problem-solving

mindset and empathetic approach to student concerns.

Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree.

Previous experience in

education counseling

or a related field is an advantage.
