Elysium Academy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to join our team in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guiding students, excellent communication skills, and a flair for sales and marketing in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage potential students through various channels and convert leads into admissions Student Counselling: Provide accurate information and guidance to students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and academic planning Sales Strategy: Contribute innovative ideas to improve student enrollment and achieve monthly targets Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities College Visits: Represent the academy during outreach programs and college visits to build strong institutional relationships Communication: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication in English to interact with students and stakeholders effectively
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or a similar role Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
