Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic, personal, and emotional issues
Guide students in career planning, course selection, and goal setting.
Identify students facing academic or emotional challenges and provide appropriate support.
Maintain confidential student records and counselling documentation.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student development.
Conduct workshops on study skills, stress management, and career awareness.
Create class scheduling and manage online as well as offline attendance.
Refer students to external professionals when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field
Must have experience in educational institution, Edtech company, or coaching center.
Minimum 1 year of experience
as a Student Counsellor or in a similar role
Basic knowledge of counselling techniques and student development
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and active listening
Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality
Organizational and problem-solving skills
